Q2 2024 Android Fitness & Weight Loss Apps Performance in the US

In Q2 2024, the Android fitness and weight loss category saw varying performances from its top apps in the US. This data, provided by Sensor Tower, gives us a glimpse into user preferences and app traction during the quarter.

Firstly, YAZIO Food & Calorie Counter experienced a gentle sway in revenue, peaking at around $8.5K in early April and then settling to $6K towards the end of June. Downloads for the app ranged between 2.3K and 2.9K weekly, while weekly active users showed more stability, mostly hovering around 34K to 36K.

Hitchhike Tech's Step Counter - Pedometer, while not generating revenue, maintained a consistent download count in the early 2Ks, with a spike to 3.1K in mid-May. Its weekly active users reflected a slight decline from 11K in early April to around 10K by the end of June.

Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co.,Ltd’s Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear) also reported no revenue but showcased steady downloads, ranging from 1.9K to 2.4K. Weekly active users saw a small dip in late April but recovered well, increasing from 42K to 46K by the quarter's end.

Google Fit: Activity Tracking started the quarter strong with 5.6K downloads in the first week of April but saw a gradual decrease to just 475 by late June. Despite the decrease in downloads, active users remained relatively stable, with numbers around 12K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Kalorické Tabulky showed a modest revenue trend, with the highest at $386 in early April, dropping to $135 by June's end. Downloads saw a decline from 2.2K to under 1K, but weekly active users experienced a rise in early June, reaching over 9K before a slight drop off.
